You may choose to purchase faster shipping ranging from 3-Day to Guaranteed Next Day Delivery at checkout.
International customers receive free shipping on orders over $300.
How long until my order ships?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you may track it.

Orders over $300 receive FREE International Shipping.
What if my item breaks during shipping?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, KW Collection will replace it at no cost. Simply notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We’ll take care of the rest.
Don’t throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you’re asked to ship a package back, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. Learn more about out return policy or file a return using the links below.
How long does free shipping take?
Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 3-7 business days.
Orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers in NJ, FL, or CA.

What is KW Collection‘s return policy?
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return within 7 days of delivery by clicking the link below.
- KW Collectionaccepts returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery.
- We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances.
- Returns due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns in exchange for KW Collectionstore credit will never incur a restocking fee.
- Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable.

What if an item arrives broken?
- Using a proprietary packaging process, we ensure that more than 99.7% of packages arrive in the same flawless condition they left our warehouse.
- In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with our support team within 4 days of delivery using the link below.
- You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
- We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
- We may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we’ll provide a prepaid label).

How do I file a return?
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return within 7 days of delivery via email: service@kwherbgrinder.com.

Do you offer exchanges?
- If you would like to exchange an item, we will issue an RMA number to send back the original. You will be refunded store credit, which you may use to order a different item of your choice.
- If you received the wrong item, contact support to get it corrected as quickly as possible viaemail: service@kwherbgrinder.com.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
- Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued within 1-2 days. Please allow 2-7days for your bank to clear the funds.
